Glenn Sueyoshi, President – Glenn has over 30 years of experience in consulting specializing in the healthcare industry and state government. Clients have included healthcare integrated delivery systems, hospitals, nursing homes, physician groups, health plans, governmental departments and agencies and small businesses. He has served as project director for engagements relating to compliance reviews and voluntary disclosures, operational reviews, process improvement, cost management, financial analysis, project management, Medicare/Medicaid regulatory analysis and healthcare revenue cycle improvement.

Debbie Hiraoka, Executive Vice President – Debbie is a CPA with over 22 years of consulting experience. She has directed and worked on a broad range of projects including information system planning, selection and implementations, process redesign, financial analysis, healthcare revenue cycle improvement and project management. Debbie has managed projects involving departmental and large-scale state-wide information systems implementation and performance improvement projects. She is knowledgeable of Medicare and State of Hawaii Medicaid billing requirements and related reimbursement.

Jodi Nakamura, Senior Manager – Jodi has over 13 years of consulting experience and an educational background in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. She has worked with healthcare organizations and government entities on performance improvement, system implementations, financial analysis, compliance reviews and healthcare revenue cycle improvement. She has extensive experience in the revenue cycle from admitting through charge capture, billing, collections and follow-up.

Traci Jay Kobayashi, Manager – Traci Jay has over 9 years of healthcare consulting experience and degrees in law and accounting. Traci has participated in engagements focusing on revenue cycle including claims reviews and government billing, financial analysis and modeling, healthcare corporate compliance and system implementation and user acceptance testing. She also has experience with health plan operations, contract management and project management, including the implementation of project management tools.

Jennifer Jones, Senior Consultant – Jennifer has over 10 years of experience working in healthcare operations and an educational background in healthcare administration. Jennifer has participated in projects focusing on revenue cycle process redesign, financial analysis, system implementation, corporate compliance, and team building in inpatient and outpatient settings. Prior to joining SHC, she held positions at a major medical center in California including administrative director of the surgery division, director of volunteer services, director of the outpatient cancer center and manager of continuing education.
